Description

As a Part-Time Logistics Associate, you will be instrumental in managing and executing operational tasks efficiently. Your ability to work independently and pivot between tasks effectively will contribute to our streamlined logistics operations. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a flexible schedule who can commit to working in-office around 2 days a week.

Responsibilities

Shipping

• Picking and packing retail orders 
• Making sure packing slip are included in shipment
• Picking and packing wholesales orders
• Making sure box manifests are included on shipping boxes 
• Making sure packing slips are included in shipping boxes
• Making sure all customs forms are signed and attached to boxes
• Printing shipping labels
• Scheduling a pick up when necessary.
• Package drop off (USPS, Fedex, UPS, DHL)
• Maintain the appearance of the shipping area

Inventory 

• Maintain the appearance of the shelves and make sure the product is being pulled correctly. (Left to right, front to back)
• Organize/Reorganize the shelves needed to make room for new sku’s and bulk production
• Stock Shelves from bins and storage closets
• Open and count all bulk production orders to add to inventory
• Supply management, make sure all shipping items are stocked appropriately for shipping to run smoothly
• Packing tape
• Printer paper
• Label Paper
• Padded envelopes
• Bubble wrap
• Boxes
• Shipping windows

Office

• Empty garbage cans
• Vacuum
• Dust and wipe down surfaces
• Wash glasses and utensils

Other

• Pick up supplies around the city when needed
• Help put away photo equipment
• Help with special projects when needed

Compensation

$27/hour 

$150/month in gratis to be redeemed on the first working day of the month
